Whether you're a beginner, new to yoga,  returning to practice after time away, recuperating from an injury, or just want to reinforce the basics of your practice—the Beginners Series will benefit you.

More experienced students will gain a better, and more detailed understanding of the architecture of the poses, as well as the underlying philosophy of the yoga practice. Our Beginner Series are designed to give you a solid foundation in yoga so you will feel confident attending our regular ongoing classes on our class schedule.

Kundalini Yoga is ideal for building energy, strengthening the immune system, clearing unhealthy emotional patterns, and healing the body. It is a spiritual and meditative practice with a strong physical component that builds strength, health, and flexibility. The Kundalini Yoga Beginner Series will help you learn all the basic postures, breathing techniques, and mantras of this transformational yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
